At The Wrist Watcher, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your new watch doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
